For rent in summer season, in South Corsica, 3 houses twined by its terrace and with shared swimming-pool. Private garden with barbecue, shared area with kids' outdoor games. 3 parking space, very calm, in the middle of the countryside.

The 3 mini villas of the "Pietra Sulana" domain (sunny stone) are independants thanks to a greenery screen. The place will provide you with a pleasant change of scenery being very peace and quiet with its protected environment. The small hamlet, named Nota Soprana, is surrounded by the region's granite, it ends in "cul de sac" which means that you will be far away from the civilization noises.

The shared swimming-pool size is 8 x 4m and deep from 1 m to 1,70 m, it has more than 65 sqm borders, to offer you additional moments of relaxation, while maintaining safety standards for the youngest.

Rooms are spacious (60 sqm/villa) pleasantly furnished and decorated..

Each villa is made up of
- 2 bedrooms with storage space (one has a mezzanine), 2 beds 140 cm wide plus 1 bed 90 cm wide.
- 1 shower room and toilets
- 1 kitchen area with fridge- freezer, washing-machine, dishwasher, microwave coffee machine, 2 electrical burner, toaster, iron and ironing board.
- 1 dining area
- 1 living area with TV, radio and sofa-bed.

Each has its own private garden (25 sqm) with barbecue, 1 sheltered terrace with south aspect and garden furniture. The whole lot is built on a 1500 sqm fenced plot of land planted with trees, with shared parts offering kid's outdoor games. As for the oldest, they will appreciate stone bench, in the shade of an olive tree.

Located on the South Mare à Mare ramble departure which joins up Porto-Vecchio to Propriano through the mountains and Zonza (through its Lariccio pines forest).

In the southern Corsica, there is a wide variety of leisure which allows anyone to discover unique and preserved nature of the island. Corsican craft industry is also very diversified and of the highest quality.
